We’re in New England this week.
Among other things — I’d forgotten how incredibly slow dial-up is. Once one has grown accustomed to broadband, it’s really difficult to make oneself sit down long enough for the pages to load.

Been a great trip, though, right up until yesterday afternoon — when I discovered that hiking half a mile out of the woods on a broken foot is hard to do. (On the good news side, the emergency room people were impressed by how tough I am.)
So. I’m coming back tomorrow night. On crutches.
Can’t wait to navigate the airport with luggage.
