This is really an update to this morning’s earlier post about Kansas. Seems that Dover, PA voters replaced almost all of their School Board. From the Washington Post:
Voters came down hard Tuesday on school board members who backed a statement on intelligent design being read in biology class, ousting eight Republicans and replacing them with Democrats who want the concept stripped from the science curriculum.
So – When I mentioned today that Kansas is one of only two states that legislates educational services for gifted students, I was really focused on Kansas’ internal schizophrenia. But as long as Dover, PA has made the news with some rational voting… wanna guess what the other state is?
