After the last couple of posts, Polimom felt a real need to lighten up a bit.
Since there have been several stories recently about organized fighting (teens in Arlington, TX, and just lately the techno-geek warrior wannabes), I decided to post about this strange propensity to violence that sometimes manifests in the lucky possessors of the Y-chromosome.
My rather confounded view of this strange phenomenon is at the Chronicle:

If it helps … I don’t get it either. It’s just this strange instinct, a desire to test myself. Motivated by fears of inadequacy, surely. I bet many men can relate to that, at least to some degree.
