I stumbled across a post this evening in the blogosphere in which the individual talked about coming up on their 1,000th visitor. They had this really nice idea about some kind of prize or recognition… and Polimom thought, “Hmmmmm. I wonder how many have come to Polimom’s blog?”
I was shocked to discover that I’ve apparently let some major milestones go by. Bad Polimom! We passed by 1,000, 10,000, and 50,000 without even a “Boo” from me. However, we’re coming up on another round number, so Polimom thinks it might be fun to acknowledge visitor number…. 60,000.
Now it’s possible – maybe even likely – that I’ll mess this up and forget to pay attention to this stat again. If I do manage to remember, though, Polimom thinks it might be fun to invite that poor sot lucky person to write a guest post.
Of course, this unknown person might decline, or be unidentifiable, in which case Polimom plans to just pick on the next person… or the next… or the next….
So – having said that…. either stay away for awhile or start working on your drafts, cuz we’ll cross that number sometime this week.
